Substitute bulbs are only included on the rare occasion when the ordered bulb is not available. The substitute bulb will be of a similar type and of at least comparable standard and price.

The parcel should be opened on arrival and bulbs planted as soon as possible into cool ground, or the bulbs should be stored in a cool well ventilated location.
